The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. You may also choose to email NorthLingua directly. Please share only the general information needed to discuss your request. Do not send confidential information, identity numbers, medical details, or sensitive documents in an initial inquiry.

How messages are used and delivered

Information you submit is used to review and respond to your inquiry and discuss possible service arrangements. The contact form is configured to send submissions to the site administrator by email. WPForms Lite does not store form entries in the WordPress dashboard. Email messages may remain in the recipient’s mailbox and pass through the providers used for email delivery.

Website and service providers

The website, WordPress software, hosting provider, and email delivery services may process information and technical records as needed to operate, deliver, and protect the site and messages. Those providers handle information under their own practices and terms.

Retention and security

Messages may be kept in email or business records while they are needed to respond to an inquiry, arrange services, or maintain business records. Internet and email transmission cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure; please avoid sending sensitive information through the contact form.
